As a seasoned advocate, Tracie Wright-Reneau is skilled in navigating the justice system to handle legal issues between parties with meticulous attention to detail, poise, and intelligence. She works to provide services to clients at a reasonable cost, with the goal of using client resources most effectively. She is experienced in communicating with clients in a manner that is both comprehensible and knowledgeable.

Tracie Wright-Reneau graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2006 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas immediately thereafter. She handles primarily Family Law cases such as divorces, custody suits, paternity suits, terminations of parental rights, adoptions and child support. Since graduating, Ms. Wright-Reneau has handled several hundred family law cases that range in complexity from the uncontested to the highly contested.

Kathryn James has always called this part of Texas home, having been raised in Bulverde and earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in 2013. Following graduation, she worked as a paralegal for Kleinhans & Gruber in Austin, Texas while preparing for the LSAT. It was only then that Kathryn strayed away for a short while to receive her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School and the ProBono & Public Service Award for the 2016-2017 academic year.

After passing the bar exam in February of 2017, she came back to her roots to practice law in New Braunfels, Texas. At that time her focus was on criminal law, family law, and estate planning until she joined the team of Deborah Wigington & Associates, PLLC, where her focus was primarily family law. In 2020 Kathryn completed both her 40-hour general mediation training and her 30-hour family law mediation training.

Kathryn and her now-husband, Peter, recently married in December of 2021. Together they enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with their two dogs, Nina and Watson. After a busy work week, Kathryn refills her cup by working out, finding creativity with her Cricut machine, and playing intramural softball and kickball throughout the city.

Chanda Clepper

Chanda graduated in December of 2016 from St. Mary’s University School of Law where she was a staff writer for The Scholar, one of the University’s law review journals. Chanda has worked at Wright Reneau & James, PLLC since May of 2016.

Chanda Clepper is a recipient of the 2017 San Antonio Bar Foundation Pro Bono Service Award and has served as the site coordinator for the Community Justice Programs' Veteran's Clinic . She was accepted to the State Bar of Texas in May of 2017 and has been practicing family law and providing legal advice since.
